Bass regulation on Little Mantrap Lake discussed Sept. 17

Anglers who fish Hubbard County's Little Mantrap Lake will have the chance to discuss that lake's experimental bass-regulation during a public meeting at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17, in the Northwoods Bank community meeting room, 1200 E. First St., Park Rapids.
