Sorry for the late/suck report. Scott(emspumba) and I started out pretty confident since we have been on pretty good fish this past week. But the Saturday curse was alive for us after all! We started off on a 12ft shell bed that has been on fire....didn't catch a single one there except a stripe. Moved up river and finally starting catching lots of fish but no size really. We eventually made our way back down and on the second stop at the shell bed, we managed 4 small keepers. We then moved on to a hump in deeper water and caught our 5th keeper and culled once. We had a couple 3+ come off at the boat due to some net miscommunications(my fault). Of course when we located some better fish, we ran out of time. emoBang Definately didn't make the right decisions during this one! We caught lots of fish using C-rigs, spoons, and crankbaits. Even with the cull, we had a limit that weighed a whopping 9.94 lbs! Big fish of the day was a 35lb blue cat Scott hooked up that we affectionately named Booger. emoBig
