Bill an I started at the dam and made a number of drifts from the boils down into the flats. Pretty early I picked up 2 spots. One on a shallow Rapala, one os a Silver Buddy. Bill kept pulling in those stinkin white bass. Finally Bill hung a pretty nice Spot. He said he didn't think it was hooked good, but the net was still in the comartment emoDoh and it came off rigt at the boat. We then headed to the bluffs downtown. We caught a bunch of slicks on SB and jigs. I finally caught our 3rd spot as we were about to head further down. So, with 3 in the well, we knew we needed to find at least one that would go 4lbs. We ran to to the bend to try our luck. The water was super muddy thanks to the Gorge Destroyer emoEnforce . It passed while we were sitting there, luckilly he dropped to idle before he got to us, so we didn;t get swamped. We couldn't even get a bite, so we decided to go flip jigs around the bridges. The first casts and we both got bit pretty good, but couldn't hook up. Then a little while later, I fliped in front of the piling and got slammed by a good smallie. Had it about 3 feet from the boat and it went airborne, and my jig flew the other way emoBang . We fliped some more bridges but couldn't get anything else. We came in with what ended up being 4.10 lbs with 3 spots.

We had a great time. Thanks to Billy and Adam and everyone else who had a hand in putting this on. It was my first tx and now certainly won't be my last! Great meeting everyone, looking forward to #9
