What gets you most excited about fall!!!
#1
I did one of these about spring and thought i would do one about fall. Even though its not here yet, i am excited for it none the less.

Even though i love steelhead and duck hunting i had to go with football. I cant express how happy i am that its finaly here. I am a huge Texas fan and i think this is our year. Oh and thanks BYU for knocking off Oklahoma.

[indent][#0000ff]Gotta admit that I'm happy to see the start of football season, but more importantly I'm looking forward to a change in fishing.....fall/winter steelhead fishing up on the Clearwater and Snake Rivers, plus a 3-day October keeper sturgeon trip in the Columbia Gorge. Life is GREAT!!![/#0000ff]

The coming of fall means falling water temps and optimal fishing in both the lakes and rivers. I love fishing in the fall. I used to hunt a lot in the Fall but the fishing is so good that it is hard to break away.

I also love college football and wrestling is just around the corner.

I love the fall. I was torn between big game hunting and football. I hope Ohio State is a little better this year.

Fall is my favorite time for fishing because there's not as many people at my fishing holes and the weather is cooler. If I can tune in a football game on the radio while I'm fishing/camping, then it's even more fun. Hunting used to be my fall sport, but now I prefer fishing.

Not much for football or hunting. What I do get excited for is going out on those crisp fall days and slaying the fish. The big browns and brookies come out of hiding, the still water trout get frisky, and the bass put on the feedbag bulking up for winter. It's already beginning. I had a great day of bass fishing yesterday, and I got this bugger on accident. I didn't measure him, but he was well over 20". I got a smaller bow too and he actually blew up on a Torpedo I was fishing for bass. How weird.

Can't I select "all of the above?" I absolutely love hiking the hills and stream valleys for quail and chukkar. And I ALWAYS carry my telescoping pole with a few lures/flies with me on those hunting trips! Why not do both?

Getting REALLY excited for the Boise State football season. Looks like BYU with a tougher schedule could beat us to the BCS party.

i am with you tato all of they above are awsome. i just wish i had more time to spend doing all of them.

I am with you on bsu but if byu can run the table with there schedule this year they deserve it. i will put one above that they probly deserve a championship shot. they will have beat oklahoma, florda st. tcu, utah, and tulsa that is if they can do it.

Football, upland game hunting, fishing, fall steelheading , harvesting the garden - just about all of it. Everything up to now was just practice- the games begin now. I can even go up grouse hunting, camp do a little fishing and catch a highschool ball game on the radio in the evening- Love it. And I too hope Ohio State can step up to the plate. This to me is by far the greatest time of the year.

ma so many choices and only 5 options so something had to be left out, and a steelhead fights so much better so went with them.
