Newton Report

[STRIPPER]

Hi all I went to newton on the first. Started fishing on the dam from shore at about 5:30 pm .I was using small tube jigs and caught about 30 crappie I was really surprised how big they were .The musky are sure doin a good job. caught several over 1 and a half pounds. also caught 2 nice perch around 11 inches!!and a couple small bass on a spinnerbait.Look around until you find some deeper holes the best spot is beetween the first and second points on the dam.Fish your jig close to the bottom and slow .White was the best color.

also seen a guy catch some really nice bass around 3-4 pounds using a black 10in. worm
