open bull general season

My father and I are headed out on the south slope of the open bull unit up by Kamas. We haven't had the time to scout been busy chasing deer. If anyone is familiar with the area and would like to give advice I'm all ears, thanks.

Also, who on gods green earth would spend most of their time chasing deer when they have the opportunity at filling an elk tag. You guys a retarded. Also, there was plenty of time between when you got your tag till now, why didnt you scout then?
