Today was slow for us. We started about 6:00 and fished to about 2:00. We managed to only boat 9 fish with the biggest coming in at 4 1/2 lbs. We caught about 4 keepers, and the rest were peckerheads. The wind was a little worse than Paul Barys said. 5 to 10 my butt. Try 20 to 25! We started fishing a hump with crankbaits, but only received a few short strikes. We then moved to a cove and started flippin docks. I hung my first on a green pumpkinseed worm by zoom, texas style. My uncle was using a black and blue jig with a net bait trailer, he got a few strikes and boated 2. We then moved to another hump just off the main channel where I caught 1 and he caught 3. We were both using a wooly crawl green pumpkinseed by YUM, texas rigged. The wind was just to much for us though, so we moved to a slue and started flipping cover, thats were we caught the rest of our fish, I guess it could have been worse, but hey at least I got to go fishing today.

Will
PS- Can anyone give some advice on a crankbait thats hot on the lake.
