USA made, Aluminum frame, larger standing platform than Outcast, Urethane bladder, strong thick PVC outer cover. Light weight, less effected by temp and alt.
Very comfortable seat. Made in Ogden Utah and in my opinion the best! I do believe NFO is going more to the one piece tube and that is why these are on sale, but they will still cover them fully...maybe upgrade in the future if needed. [signature]

Yup. and have had the Expedition and the Cardiac Canyon, and the Escalade, and the Navigator II.
Plus my SFC was a Scadden before he quit Outcast. [signature]

Ok, which one would you say is the best one when comes
to fly casting sitting down and standing up. Also easy rowing. Thank you Peter [signature]

Any of them with the standing option. But on stillwater, and anchor or two will be needed. Not so much on glass smooth, but you will turn from casting.

Looks like the new version of the Madison River ST has the updated X7 frame too.

Don't know. That is the Frame the Madison always had. The foot pegs are part of the frame. Less pieces.
I think that is why he is going that way. Less pieces. I guess those little buttons in ours do wear out. I Might want to get a few back ups. I am not sure the difference in the X7 and the X5 frame other than the foot pegs and 5" wider. [signature]

[#000000]This is the X7 frame:
All they say about it is this: "[/#000000][#000000]The X7 frame gives you a larger standing platform and more room to maneuver. A nice upgrade for big guys after big fish." Could they be more vague? For the X5 frame they say "[/#000000][#000000]Our popular, extra-wide and stable frame design. Uses 6061 aluminum and is powder coated red, blue or orange. Use with optional sliding standing deck and lean bar." This is the X5: They look the same to me. But then their website is one of the world's worst. [/#000000] [signature]

Reading the specs., the AVENGER which uses the X7 is 5" wider than the Outlaw, so I am sure it is a WIDER frame. It could be longer, not that it would need to be as it is just a place for the seat and your feet.
My Frame has removable foot rest. The right one has a pulley in it for the anchor. [signature]
