Strawberry river

Im headed out tomorrow to fish below the dam and had a quick question i noticed on google maps the strawberry river road that runs along the river that can be accessed on the way to duschene, well past the turn off that takes you below the dam. I normally fish just below the dam but would like to fish along that road. Would I need to take my truck for that road or would my wifes civic work. Wanna save some gas.

That road should be in pretty good shape with the weather we've been having. I haven't been in that way for a couple years but the road comes out about 6 miles before Duchesne and I was recently on that road and it was hard packed. I'll shoot ya a pm.

I would be careful in a car. I ripped out my oil pan about 6 weeks ago, about 3 miles up from Camelot. Came around a curve and there was the rock, no place to go to avoid it.
