the show will be on am 630 ktalk the time will be put out asap it will air as a trial in about 2 weeks on a saturday afternoon then if it looks like it will get listeners we can get a regular time set up

I'm glad to see your finally getting the first show started. We would like to encourage all members to call Todd during his first show and support him, so he can get this going on a weekly bases. Of course it would not hurt to mention BFT when you call in[].
One thing I think would help you Todd, would be to record any reports or information from folks, starting early in the morning the day of your show. That way you will have enough material to fill the entire time frame. It might be hard for a lot of folks to call during the shows, so if they are calling in all morning before the show starts you will have plenty of reports to work with. Just a thought.

what i was thinking was to take email reports and texts
reports also we will maybe once a month do live shows from around the local fishing holes

ideas are the way you can make a differance remember that this show will be your connection to the great fishing and utah outdoors,it will be caller driven so it should never be stuffy or boring.

remember that this show will be geared to bolth the everyday fisherman and those self proclaimed pros,
so lets hear your ideas.

I'm not sure if Tubedude would be interested but I think he would a great person to be on your first radio show. He has a lot of experience in a lot of areas of fishing, lure making, rod building and book writing. It might even give him a chance to promote his latest book.
