help me with my new spinning rod,please

hello there,
i'm new to your forum and i need your help desperately.i'm looking for new inexpensive (around 100-150$) spinning rod 10ft long,fast or extra fast action and casting weight 10-40g.any links to shops,makes and models will be very helpful.could you please recommend any really good spinning rod.thanks[frown]
