Scofield Sucks!!!!

Anybody who is planning on going to Scofield in the near future cancel!!! Im so sick and tired of going to Scofield and catching hundreds of fish that dont break the 15 inch mark. Not to mention the chubs are in full force right now, and what's up with the cuts being skinny as all hell!! Im never going back.....NEVER!!!!

Over-Stocked so it can be over harvested. Don't complain about the dinks go some where else. After all isn't that what every fisherman wants, thousands of 12 inchers.

I hear you. I've never had much luck at Scofield either, but I think that is more because I don't really know the water very well, and I have only been there a handful of times. The fish can be small, but there are the occasional pretty fish too.

I remember taking a friend new to ice fishing to Scofield. I had 5 for about 12 hours of fishing ona cold windy day and my friend caught a skunk. I felt bad that he had a bad day, but he didn't have thte right equipment.

On the other hand, I've been there with kentofnsl and his buddy and they were pulling up fish and I was catching skunk. All part of fishing I guess.

I agree and I hope to high heck they dont stock it like this every fall. If you want the slot to work as Chub control you gotta not put thousands of 6 inch bait in there for the chub eating fish....
