it was good to read about the fishing for burbot at Flaming Gorge Reservoir. they may be considered ugly and a threat to other species, but i don't mind enjoying what they offer in the form of a good tasting meal. in alaska, we call them poor man's lobster!
if anyone wants to dispose of their catch at my house in salt lake city, i would love to have fresh fish!
