ok i realize there is another thread on this but i couldent get a straight forward answer, so im asking in another thread.... technically im not over the bouys doing this, but in the same sense i am, so here is me question:
heres a question.... its no trespassing behind the buoys, but i usually toss my anchor over them and use them to stop me from drifting around.... is that allowed? im technically not behind them.... but on the same note an extension of my boat is, so what does that mean?

This would be a letter of the law type of question.
I have used the buoys to anchor against, when they were up close to the dam.
Never had anyone question me about it.
I even fished over the buoys but I never crossed them myself.
I just don't see you being in any trouble doing what you are asking, BUT,
this is the Feds that we are talking about and common scenes isn't something that they recognize.

[#804000]There are always lots of boats anchored up against the great big cable that is in front of the dam at Lake Powell.[/#804000]
