[cool][#0000ff]The weather was cold and the fishing was colder. Temps well below zero. If you weren't fishing inside a tent (I wasn't) there was no way to fish. The ice formed in the hole as soon as you dipped it out. The bite was very light and would not register if you set the rod down and the line was frozen in the ice.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]We put the wheelers on the ice at Rabbit Gulch but went around on the main lake, where some of our group had done well a few days ago. Saw quite a few fish right as we got there, but then they went wherever the fish in Starvation go when they don't wanna play with fishermen. Only a couple of bites from then until we left about 2. Made a couple of moves and still could not find fish.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Other anglers left early too. A couple found fish early but then it shut down for them as well.[/#0000ff]
