Does anyone know what areas have ice free waters in Boise. I have a conference in Boise, the first part of February, and am wondering if any of the city ponds are open water. Or if any one is willing to share some good spots on the river.
Thanks!!!

They are warmer than Salt Lake, but I am still betting it is at least 98% frozen.
Maybe try the Idaho site.

Sorry, actually I posted this in the wrong area. I meant to put it in the Idaho forum.
Do you ever have those days that you just don't even know where you are! [blush]
But if anyone knows the area.........

Thing is, this is the GENERAL Fly Fishing board, so is it in the wrong place? I would try both.

Funny thing is, Boise is about as far for him in Chubbuck as it is for us in Salt Lake. Beautiful there however and as I said warmer.
