another crappie day

The crappie UL were going nuts today. My buddy and I both took a limit and caught a whole lot more than we kept. The occasional bluegill was a welcome break. Almost all of the fish I filleted were female and I'm certain they're eating for more than one now. Dinner was delicious.[]

I replied on your other post. Great job on crappie. You seem to have UL figured out. I on the other hand havent. Would love any tips on consistently catching fish thru the ice at UL. I have always been one of the hit and miss guys. I catch a few but never have found a consistent formula. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I dont get a lot of time to fish and UL is fairly close. Any help you can offer about where How and with what would be deeply appreciated.
