So this has been eating me up for a while now. every time i go over to brigham from logan. there have been deer inside the high fence. i kept looking for the spot that the fence was down or were they were crawling threw it but never could see it. but i noticed there is a house on the north side of mantua that has a gate that is open every time i pass and sure enough thats were the tracks are all coming threw. I have seen a handful of dead deer in this stretch because the deer are like sitting ducks. If it were up to me this guy would get a bill from the dwr and the insurance companies of the owners of the vehicles. Can they do anything about this guy. maybe make him put in a automatic gate or a cattle guard?
