Warm water on Snake/carping areas???

Alright, I am pretty sick of ice fishing right now and even a little sick of fishing the rivers around here. So I was thinking of chasing some carp. Does anybody know of any warm-water discharges into the Snake of Portnuef rivers? Does anybody know of any spots where some winter carpin' would be possible? Any help would be AWESOME.

Went to check out my CARP MOTEL but it too has ice on it...wierd I have never seen ice on it before. Some open water, but I can't see the carp and I do site fish for them.

Rivers have been a nice change for me.

I can't help you with any carp but I'm going steelheading on the clearwater tommorrow and you're welcome to come allong if you want []
