Arkansas Tournament Fishing and the American Cancer Society would like to invite everyone to join us in the effort to fight cancer by casting a line out this year at the 7th Annual "Relay For Life" Bass Tournament for the "American Cancer Society".
Each year in the U.S., the American Cancer Society invests over $130 million for cancer research funding. To date, the Society has funded 41 Nobel Prize winning researchers. ACS fights for lifesaving laws to increase federal research funding, promote early detection of cancers, improve access to care, and support cancer patients of all ages and gender. The Society's services for cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and those who love them include transportation to treatment, peer support group programs, and resources for practical assistance. As a participant, or sponsor, you will be helping to increase the opportunities of helping in the fight against cancer, and the hope of a cure. Your donation or entry fees will be 100% tax deductible, and the personal satisfaction of knowing that you are helping in the fight will be gratifying. So come on out on March 27, 2010 on Lake Ouachita at the Brady Mountain Marina boat ramp and join with us as we "CAST FOR A CURE"! Arkansas Tournament Fishing Pro Staff will be on site with video crew again this year as we unite in the fight against cancer. The tournament is set for 7AM - 3 PM with a Top Prize of $1500.00 and set of Angler Jackets. Cash and prizes will be awarded to the Top 10 weights. Entry fee of $80 per boat is tax deductible and includes lunch for the fishing teams. Flight position is awarded on a first come first served basis so make your plans to ENTER TODAY.
