frozen 454 boat motor

[mad] I took my boat to a shop! 1st january got boat back on the 10th on 29th while testing the batteries voltage I noticed the hoses were still hooked up! YES STILL FULL OF WATER!can any one tell me if the motor is trashed and how I can test it before I get it back from the shop.Once I take it back home the guy may say i'm liable.

Wait, I'm Confused, do you have the boat back home now or not?
Has the boat been inside the shop, or outside?
Is it filled with water or anitfreeze? Pink RV, not the green like your car.

theres a good chance it got pretty cold in jan you can make them take it in the shop and run it and check it out my friend lost his motor last year he paid to have it winterised and they didnt do it right when he went back in the spring they were out of business and he had to eat it so make certain your there when they run it and for more than a couple minutes if they have a dyno that would be the best test good luck[:/]

I imagine this is going to be moved...but I need to take my boat in for some work, not sure I want to take it to the same place [laugh]. I'm a bit Confused on where your boat is.

Im sorry the boat is back at the boat shop. When I found frozen water in it I took it back to the shop.they said they would run it,Ijust need to know what test needs to be done.A guy at work said he went boating 3 times before water showed up in the cylinders,Ijust want to be careful!
