they got water moving through it already it seem like last year is was around april before they turned it on, if anyone fishes it this weekend i would like to here a report

Just got home fished just north of 2100 S where river splits fished where water comes out of " locks " little slow for me only 2 white bass today river is up at least 3 ft from monday ?
