Salmon Falls Creek Reservoir
#1
It was a little cold today but we lasted 4 hrs and came off just as it started to drizzle. Marked fish but no party. Jeff had some hits on a silver type spinner but no connections.

I fished jigs, crank baits and a worm harness. not bumps even.

Water temp was 36 deg and we fished 12 to 46 fow.

Most of the ice was gone but we did meet up with an ice burg, brushed it on the side. Little nervous.

Positive wire on the battery lost contact so we drifted into shore in one bay, tightened it up and all was well. Hope that takes care of the pre summer fishing trips qwirks.

Bummer on the fishing but without days like that we wouldn't appreciate to good ones. Glad to hear you didn't have to walk back to the truck.

Idahopanfish, were you in the red and white aluminum boat I saw or the 16' fiberglass down by Grey's Landing? I fished from shore for a few hours but got skunked myself.
That south wind was pushing some good sized bergs down the reservoir.
