Ice Conditions at EC

Anybody venture up to East Canyon this week. Another and myself fished Saturday and did real well: 7 bows and a tiger. We were off the lake by 1100. I missed a couple of beauties that got off right at the hole. Some reason I have the fever for one more trip before ice off. But looking at the weather it may have been too late. Ice was good where previously frozen over but one did not want to venture in fresh snow areas. Any report this week would be greatly appreciated.

I just moved to Layton from Spanish Fork. Looks like the Scofield ice off is not in the cards. Anyone looking to help out a new Davis County res. with a PM when the ice starts to pull back? Is it anything like Scofield and how much of the shore is accessible. Appreciate any info. I am going into soft water panic attacks.
