last snack and stink bait. funny story
#1
[:/]

I was catfishing at the St. Francis river today at the little dam and no bites. Using pork meat ripened with garlic powder in a deep hole. Two hours and no bites.

I got hungry and had only one snack left and opened it and began eating it and WAM a great bite pole bent double. I threw my snack and grabbed my pole but missed the cat. I was probably huge.

looked down and my snack was in my STINK BAIT tub.

I swear I thought about taking it out and washing if off in the river water and eating it I was so hungry.

lol...

just for those that are observant... I had more than one pole in the water and one had DOC'S stink bait on it so the tub was open....

the other two poles had pork chop strips that I cut in 1/2 .in by 2in strips then bagged them with garlic powder and aged them two days in the sun in a bag.

we catch 20-30lb blues on that bait in payneway, AR at the little dam alot.

So your saying the 5 second rule doesn't apply to your snack? Your giving rednecks a bad name.[Wink]
