A friend of a friend has been working on the highway near Riggins. This ice circle was located between Riggins and French Creek. It was over 100 ft. wide and was rotating in a clockwise direction. It eventually broke off, floated down stream and broke apart. Ain't nature great????

I saw a big one on a sharp bend between Ellis and Elk Bend this winter. Returned with the camera but it was shy and had already left. That was the only one I ever saw.

Can you post it uncut without the word document? We will give you permission since so many people want to see it uncut.
