Hmm. I didn't know they planned to open it up again. I did see some people that looked like they were fishing there the other day, so It may already be open.
If someone has some info I'd like to hear it as well.

I noticed a couple of people fishing there yesterday. Have they created a public parking area, or is it still walk-in access from the West Haven trail system?

21st street pond is indeed open again the DWR stocked it with 2500 SLIMERS also go get em lol

They opened the gates to the parking area. Just drive north right past the house. I counted close to 20 vehicles last week at once. Plenty of parking. Good luck

Does anyone know what the regs are at the pond? IS it considered a community fishery? It's not listed as one in the guidebook, in fact it's not listed at all. Anyone been there? Are any special regs posted at the pond?

I was told the pond was part of a water ski club. Also was told it was off limits to fishing by the public..Not true?

It was closed for a number of years because they claimed it was contaminated but has recently reopened. It is still used for water skiing and there are plans for the size of the lake to be expanded.
