Leftover Tags???

Does anyone know where I can find out which (if any) tags are left over after the draw. My wife didn't draw a tag, but I would really like to get her a rifle tag somewhere if it is possible. She just took her hunters safety,and was looking forward to hunting this season. If not, I guess there is always elk.
