fished north of deckers area today...fish were taking the caddis! nymphs during the day with some nice dry action in the late afternoon. water was a bit muddied but the fish didn't seem to mind. nothing huge but 4-5 nice fish per hour, sorry no camera!

that was actually the first place i hit upon moving out here. hooked a couple really nice fish, but will probably save that spot for when i can find a day off mid-week...talk about combat!

Some places just aren't worth it. I'd rather fish in relative solitude and catch fewer big fish.
