This is just a quick note since I did not get out as much as I had intended this weekend. Ended up running errands and changing my mind too many times because of the weather.
Friday night I went to the Nature Pond with my youngest son. We fished around an hour and never had a cast without catching a fish. In other words the Rexburg Nature Pond is well stocked. 4lb test, size 10 hook, slip sinker, piece of worm with a garlic marshmellow.
Monday I fished Ririe for a couple of hours in the afternoon. Intended on fishing longer but I was blown off the water at 5:00 PM. We only caught 3 bass. The water temp was really cold still. All the bass we caught were 12." All were caught on 3 inch tube jigs either chartruese or crawfish/pumpkin color.
