the salmon fishing is going real well right now in Tawas Bay in 40 to 70 feet of water and silver streak spoons are working best. Halloweens and Yellowtails are working . The walleye fishing has slowed in the Bay but a few perch have been caught in the AuGres area. bluegill fishing on Tawas Lake has been pretty good.

Salmon are being caught in good numbers both in the Tawas River and out in Tawas Bay.
A few browns and walleye are being cought there too , what a bonus !
There's some perch off the Tawas Dock .
