I decided to finally try fishing out to Ririe on my little boat. The weather was perfect in IF but as soon as we got to the reservoir the wind started blowing and raining really hard. We ended up waiting it out and went out on the boat for awhile and didnt catch anything until the weather acted up again and we came in off the boat and tried fishing the shore. My buddy ended up catching a 14" Bass but that was it. Has anybody else had any better luck?

My son fished it about a week and a half ago with his friend and they caught 12 small mouth. Two weeks ago I fished it and we only caught 3. With the warmer weather it should be getting better.

Me and my buddy went out again and caught 30 perch and bass. They were all pretty small though. The biggest bass was 13 inches.

I'm still hearing pretty slow reports at Ririe, but for perch I've usually done best on the Blacktail side. For Bass the Juniper side. That being said I've had decent days reverse that too. I figure that things should be better real soon, but I guess the joyriders have been out in force even early in the morning lately.
