Strawberry or Rockport

Heading out sunday thinking of strawberry or rockport.
never fish rockport on a sunday are the crazy out on rockport ?. on sunday. I know they are on deer creek and jordanelle.

Rockport was good to me on Sunday. We caught 12 between the 2 of us, and kept 3 each. They were all over 13" and the meat was a nice shade of pink/orange.

Yeah there were a lot of boats out, but most were fishing. We did very well from the west shore using orange powet bait.

Fished Rockport from a boat last Sunday from early to about noon. A few water skiing and a few more fishing, but not bad.

The wind was blowing pretty good the whole time, so it made fishing a little tough. We still caught quite a few trout.

If you get out early, Rockport should be good fishing and not too busy.
