Lit UL today on the North side with my kiddo and did ok. We trolled 2" plastics tandum rigged in Pink and Chart. We picked up a good number of white bass for bait and threw them out under a bobber and managed some good sized kitties. All were released as they are outside of our "eater" range. Over all a good day on the water with friendly people.

Nice fish, and it was a perfect day to be on the water, not to hot, not a real cold front that would shut down the fishing.
Kudo's to you for having your buddy wear a PFD, way to stay safe on that lake.

Yup, It was a perfect day. The fish remained active all day long. I always make sure he ALWAYS has a PFD on, that lake can be a nasty one[crazy]. There have already been enough bad stories from UL this year, we dont want to be one of em.

Yeah, It was a great trip. I think some of our best days have been with just a little bit of wind, dont know why, but thats the way it seems.

Yes, I have heard the spirit of Tubedude while out on my boat. He lives in the PVC and many other items of ours. Sometimes it is comforting, and other times it is a little scary. But I can assure you that it does help us catch fish and we like to have his spirit on the boat.
