Three of us will be fishing at Temple Bar on Saturday/Sunday.
Fishing is great, no line-shy fish. We are using 10# on the lures and 15# on the bait with 2oz weights to get pass the little guys.
Just for fun we will bring small trout poles with 6# line and a 1/8oz jighead/sardine setup.
We will be on a pontoon boat fishing the NSC tournament (again).
Should be a great night bite, can't weight.

Well, we finished in the middle of the pack. (4 fish) We had around 7 lbs each. Brother-in-law got a 25" and my Sister got her biggest fish yet, a 22". Ended up with 125 fish total. Most of the fish were 15"-18" with a couple at 19" Picture latter, need to download to my PC.

Hey Whizzle,
I feel your pain. About the only time i can fish is the tournament. It is a crazy time . Have not had time for computer either. Work eat and sleep is the pattern right know. Glad to be working! Big Vac last week of July. 2.5 day Tuna trip out of San Diego into Mexico. Bite is real Bad right now. Hope it picks up. Will post when I return.

Yeah, I'm glad that he got caught. Where is the dignity?
The Tourney was a lot of fun. Fished 7pm to 7am.
I ended up in 6th after a rough night of fishing. There were some fish that we lost right at the boat that really hurt us.
The highlight was when my partner turned off the power instead of the lights, and the livewell got turned off. No bubbles = dead fish. We ended up with a tank of floaters.
All in all, it was a great night, with amazing weather and a full moon.
