I love shooting carp at blackfoot and usually get out 3-4 times in may and june to shoot them, however I have never been in august. I have a family reunion down there and wanted to know if the carp are up cruising during august. I would guess that they wouldn't be in the shallows but they usually like to cruise the surface out in deeper water when it is hot. Anyone been out there in august and seen a bunch of them on top. Just wanted some confirmation so the trip isn't a bust. I would go do some scouting on my own but I actually live in Missoula now. Thanks for any help.
