Central Muzzleloader deer question

Havent hunted big game in a few years...I drew a central muzzleloader tag and was looking for some input on some places to scout. I was wondering if anyone knows if they still let you hunt in the canyon up by cedar fort. I know there is a gate there and cattle but its usually open during the hunt. I am familiar with that area but havent been there in a few years. Or if any other suggestions for places to scout. Obviously not looking for anyones hunting area just a general area with some possiblities of seeing deer. Any help will be appreciated...
