I like using spinnerbaits for bass for they are easy to control with the baitcast rig. Also have used texas rigged worms and cranks on it. All work well!

I have a powell rod and a diawa Exceller reel that i use for fishing texas and wacky rigs. I love this setup cause with the powell rod i can feel everything the bait touches on the bottom. I can tell exactly when a fish picks up the lure, which can be very helpful during the hot summer months. In the spring time i love to throw super flukes with this same setup. The extra fast action tip really makes that fluke dance.

well for my main thing im a light line specalist and i use a ambassudaur with 4lb test(i know) so i can give them a fighting chance .. and A microcast rod lol thats what i use realy.
