Took the tube out this morning to my Hali A.O water temp felt a Lil warmer and the water was fairly clean and no salad. Took my 7ft 8lbs spinning set up jut to get the feel of fishing the tube. It was pretty easy and fun. I started working the edge of some kelp parallel to it for Nada. I kicked myself back a Lil facing the kelp and started to work it casting towards it and I got hit. Got some good head shakes and knew it was the right kind, Hali. Now i got the Hali on side of me surfaced I managed to reached behind me and grab the net, went to net em' and she took off. Second time around got her in the net and she measured out at 20".
