Finally Fishing

Hey,
I am Fishin_Gal and Im living in the SLC area right now. Im a total Farm/Hunter girl, BUT i never went fishing until this last year, and now I am hooked. I plan on starting Fly Fishing soon so I will be doing alot of reading my fishing for dummies book and take some classes. Im so excited to get started. Hope I can post a good story sometime soon.
The pic attached is when kochanut let me take over and catch a brown for the first time on a fly rod while fishing weber.

Welcome to the forum. Fishing is a great hobby. Catching is exciting too!!

There are several of us gals on here, but we always like to see more. Get some classes or instruction on the fly fishing if you can.

Don't forget to check out the Utah board it has a fly fishing section also.

ya ya I will post more when i have a fishing story to tell.. Sunday will be the next time I can post something. Until then I better read up and see how people tell there stories so mine doesnt look to dumb [crazy]

you tell a fishing story as you remember it... thats all.. there are no dumb ones... :-)

if you do get into some fish while fly fishing you would get better coverage so to speak on your story on the fly fishing forum and/or the utah fly fishing forum...

all I really want to see is pictures of you catching bigger fish than kochanut.. [laugh]
