I took the wife and daughter camping on the weekend of 9/11, we got there late Friday night and they got cold in the morning and wanted to go home. I told them we would go home later but I'm hunting all day today so deal with it. We broke camp and went to a spot I had hunted on the opener and seen some nice bucks. At about 7:30 a.m.I spotted this one chasing a doe around and figured I give it a go.A 35 yd shot and 50 yds later it was picture time. I had this buck at 29 yds on the opener but he was facing me and didn't present a good shot, so I let him walk. We scored him at 74 2/8. He's 13" tall but has some good mass 7 inch bases and 5 7/8" cutters.
