RCBS has great customer service.

I've often heard that RCBS has great customer service, but never needed to find out until now. I've heard there service was great, so instead of sending my broken bullet puller back to them, I called. I told them about the broken plastice ring that locks the collet in place and he said I'll get one right out to you. I asked if I could purchase a second just in case I have more problems in the future and he said, I'll just send you 2. Needless to say, I am pleased and will not hesitate to purchase RCBS products in the future.
