Well I was truely blessed this weekend. We had a married couples retreat at the Ashley Inn in Cascade and during our free time, one of the couples had brought their boat and asked if I would like to join them Saturday afternoon. Gloria was going to take a needed nap so I got to go and WOW.
We put in and motored around to the dam and started drifting with a worm and split shot. I have never seen perch this big only heard about them. We kept a few and let the 10-12"ers go.

It truely was a blessed time.

Michael,
Now you see why I've been so obsessed with these fish for the past few years. I'm glad you got into them. I'm on a quest to catch the state record but with my luck Windriver will come over here at catch it through the ice on his first try.
