ICE UPDATE
#1
Got back from Hunting last night down in Joes Valley area. Potters ponds were about 1/2 covered in ice Fairview Lakes were pretty close to having an ice cap, Mammoth had zero ice some around the edges. Its getting closer boys.

There were around 8 inches of snow but it had settled quite a bit 4 inches now. I had 22 degrees when I drove by mammoth at 7:00 pm last night. The Joes Valley road was snow/iced packed. Several trucks had went off the road in diffeerent places. Quite the storm. Even a Few trees blew down across the road. Could have been more snow at mammoth just never got out to look.

[#0000ff]Sounds like I might have procrastinated my tubing trip a bit too long. I have trudged through snow and launched through thin ice before...but not my favorite kinda fishin'.[/#0000ff]
