Pump house is frozen

I checked the pump house this morning just out of curiosity and it was completely frozen. I did not dare venture onto the ice though. I did cut a couple of holes from the dock with my 2 y/o son, but no luck. I won't deny the temptation to walk out to the sweet spots and cut a hole, but I fear I would still be screaming for help. We cut through about 2 inches of ice from the dock. I imagine Saturday may be safe, but I don't know. Anyways, no bites by the dock just some good times with the boy.
