Dad and I met up about 7:30 am. TVA had about 18,000 cfs running, water temp was 58 degrees. We fished from the dam down to almost the golf course. I caught 4 LM, 3 Sm, and 3 spots and a couple of my usual customery drum. The fish were caught on spinner baits, jerks baits, jigs, and cranks. It was a mess as far as trying to figure out what or were to pattern. One fish would hit a spinnerbait in 5 fow, but then you couldn't get another to touch it again. If you switchd baits or went deeper, you'd catch another fish, then you needed to change again!? They were alll over the road!? One LM was about 5 lbs. or so, another about 3 1/2 and another about 3. The forth would just measure. The best SM was about 5, one was an 18 in. and another was 17 1/2 in. I did have another big SM jump off right at the boat. Two of the spots were about 21/4 / 2 1/2 lb. chunkers! Not a bad day, but not great. We loaded at 3 pm. I'm trying to load a couple of pics now, if I can make it work!
