Jerry and I fished Gary's tournament out of Chester Frost Park. Went to my new favorite honey hole where I put our first keeper in the boat on a worm. We caught a couple of small ones there then left. I knew they were there because we marked alot of fish. We left it for a while to let it settle down. We went back later in the day where Jerry began to abuse me with a shakeyhead. He caught a 5 lber and a 6 lber within 10 minutes of each other while I'm catching dinks. We only weighed in those 3 fish but it was good enough for 3rd place with just short of 13 lbs. We also took the Big Fish pot. Jerry was using 6 lb line on his shakeyhead but played those fish like a concert pianist. Water temps were 46-49 on the main lake but 42-43 back in the sloughs. We caught all our fish in 9-12 FOW. Wind blew just enough to be annoying.
