I have yet to get one that went 5#s but caught several in the 19-21" range! The last 3 yrs have brought more large Brookies than I've seen in the last 10-12 yrs

Are you talking about the one that was caught on the Henrys Fork of The Snake? The fish and game think that one came out of Sand Creek during a time when the creek was flowing.

I think it was kept in a live well from Henrys then planted in there. No proof just an opinion. Either way nice fish. They said it was 21 1/2" and over 5lbs. That makes that big 22" male that my son caught really big.

I have had people tell me there are Brookies in Robinson creek and it dumps into Warm River then in to Henrys Fork. I have seen small trout in the section that is in Yellowstone.
