Has anyone read the Northern water DWR report? Says all the lakes pretty much have safe ice, and a lot of ice.

I don't trust their reports. I use the State Parks reports for info regarding ramp, water temp, and ice conditions. It's not always very accurate, but not bad.

Unfortunately it seems there are not many DWR guys out there...I don't trust their reports either...That's why I am a BFT guy!! I will heed the BTF ice conditions so no one has to jig me off the bottom![fishin]
