Lost Dog
#1
I fished lost dog last night and ended up with 14 burbot. Fished in 20 to 40 feet of water with most fish coming from around 30. The biggest fish was mabey 18 in. for the most part all were very small. The ice is about 8 to ten in. Today I drove down to Buckboard and there was nobody out but it is capped. I fished a cove just north of buckboard and it was slow. first drop I had one on but it spit the hook. The ice there was only 3 and 1/2 in. but it was clear and solid. sorry nothing worth taking a picture of.

We fished lost dog all day saturday and we caught a 6 small pups and that was it! They weren't interested in anything. We marked a lot on the flasher but not a lot that wanted to play. Sunday we went out on road 11 and walked across the channel to the other side. We fished in 25 to 14 ft of water and the three of us limited out on Rainbows. The biggest and fattest bows We had ever caught through the ice. Biggest went 20" 5 plus pounds smallest was 17'' and 3 pounds.
